3. FAQs
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Normally it takes us five to ten days. But it depends on the quantity and product requirements. If the quantity is not that large, 10 days or so is enough. If it’s normal products, it takes us less than 10 days to produce it. For large quantity and customized products, it needs 20 to 30 days.
Q: How do you control your product quality?
A: We have professional staff responsible for quality control and inspection. Only the product is up to standard, can we deliver it to our customers.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: T/T, L/C, , FOB/CIF/CFR, normally with 30% advance payment for normal products and at least 50% deposit for tailored products and all balance paid before shipment (for long-established cooperation customers, it’s another case).
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: One year warranty is provided for our customers. If there is any problem occurred to the product, the spare parts could be offered for free. During the warranty period, we would provide technical support with you in any problem.
Q: Could you please provide technical support in product installation?
A: Yes, certainly. For remote guidance, we do it for free. For spot installation and test, we charge for it.
