2. Major Components and the Functions
The 40KVA single phase voltage stabilizer's major components include copper coil for regulating voltage, aluminum coil for compensating voltage, servo motor, carbon brush, enclosure, meters, and other small but essential parts.
Copper coil: it regulates voltage automatically when the voltage fluctuates. It has a strong capability of electricity inductiveness, which results in high precision of output voltage.
Aluminum coil: its major function is to compensating voltage by co-working with copper coil. It also facilitates the high accuracy of output voltage.
Servo motor: it drives the carbon brush to mobe along the copper coil, thus regulating the voltage.
Carbon brush: its movement along the copper coil makes constant voltage at 220V or 110V realized.
